[theora-dev] Closed Captioning

Just an idea, and this may have already been suggested, but prehaps
closed captioning would be best left outside the theora spec, in a new
Ogg codec.

So basically, you'd have a Ogg Vorbis/Theora/CC stream.

The reason I'm thinking this is it would be nice if you could have a Ogg
Vorbis/CC stream - so lyrics to a song could be encoded to display as
the words were being sung, or for kerioki(sp) as they're not being sung.  

Overall, tho, it'd reduce the immediate workload needed to get Theora
up.  Let Theora be video-only, and leave the text for a seperate layer.

Just a humble suggestion, hope it's considered...
