[Theora-codecs] Legacy VP3 binaries have disappeared

According to the Theora site, the VP3 binaries for Video For Windows and 
Quicktime should be available at <http://www.xiph.org/~mauricio/>.  I 
know they were there in the not-too-distant past, but they seem to have 
disappeared in the process of server migration, and the page in question 
now returns an error 404...

Could they be re-uploaded, or if the files have been moved, could the 
link be changed to the proper location?
