[Theora-codecs] recovering the vp3 binaries

Hi Mau,

As you may or may not have noticed, we had serious trouble with our
hosting a while back. We're now up on several new machines, but
unfortunately we weren't able to recover your home directory from
the old server hard drive after it imploded.

The updated VP3 binaries were being hosted from your public_html/
directory. I was able to recover a copy of the index page from
last year through archive.org, but not the linked binaries. Could
you please forward me copies of the missing files so I can re-
install them on the website, or failing that, do new builds?
