[theora-codecs] VFW Install

I realize there is an install available.  I need to automate the install.
Can anyone point me to a resource on how to create an install for a codec?

Alternatively, if I can get the source for the install posted at xiph.org, I
can duplicate the install logic as necessary.

I am looking for info on both 9x and NT-XP.
