[theora-codecs] VP3 playback problems

According to the developer (I contacted him a couple of months ago) the only
change this private build does is to disable postprocessing, there are no
code changes that can be merged. This can be done in the registry as well,
and performance is of course increased at the expense of image quality.
AFAIK the "official" package is 3.2.6.1 available at the theora site, since
xiph is now maintaining the codec.

Hm well a memory leak seems fixed.

BTW I can do 720 576 at 25 fps on 900 duron. GF200 Ti. DX9a
