[theora-codecs] Call for bugs and suggestions

OK, I will check this. There were some changes in QT6 that could cause
problems with some codecs, related to the dirtying of regions by the QT
manager. But generally performance of QT on OSX is... well... let's say not
as good as OS9. I will investigate the issue.
I will ask Emmet about setting up a download link. Not sure how it works
with Vorbis. If it is not practical to host at xiph I can setup some space
on my servers for now.
