[Speex-dev] [ANN] Speex 1.2.1 and SpeexDSP 1.2.1 releases

Hi,

The Speex 1.2.1 and SpeexDSP 1.2.1 releases are now available. Due to some
infrastructure changes since the previous release, speex.org hasn't been
updated yet but will be as soon as possible.
