[Speex-dev] Is it possible to change the quality with encoding ?

Yes, you can change the quality while encoding. You can get all kinds
of statistics from jitter buffer (number of packets stored, etc.) and
can adjust the quality based on that. Please note that jitter buffer
is on receiving side and adjusting the quality is on sender side, so
you need to communicate your measurements to the other side.
