[Speex-dev] about maximum FRAME_SIZE possible

hi all ,
   would you please tell me what is the maximum FRAME_SIZE possible to use in speex?, i know that standard is 160 which 

will be compressed to 20, so can i put frame of size 8000 so that it's compressed to 1000 ?
