[Speex-dev] Speex in Android Gingerbread

Hi All,
I was trying to build the Android Ginger bread with the latest mainlined 
speex. The speex
available with the Gingerbread is the rc1 2008 release.While building 
the gingerbread,I saw that
the libspeex library is not getting created. Does anyone have any idea 
what I need to change in Gingerbread
to include speex in the build?
