[Speex-dev] Help Required

Hi All,

 I am a student of Electrical Engineering at undergrad level. I need to ask
you something about Speex. I want to convert the speech signal as input from
a microphone to digital form in binary digits. It should preferably be some
code that can be burnt onto a processor of some kind. Can someone help me
with a detailed reply. I need it very urgently, please help.
