Hello, is it possible to change the encoding bitrate (SPEEX_SET_BITRATE) dynamically? Especially I want to set bitrate depending on received RTCP. So if jitter or/and packet loss is too high I want to reduce the bitrate. Does anybody have some experience with that? Heiko
