[Speex-dev] Speex in VB .NET

Hmm, I have never used SWIG before and didn't know it existed. I have had a quick look and it looks more complicated than trying to solve this problem, although if it has to come to it, it may be the only option.
 
I'm still hoping for a solution to this problem for now!
