[Speex-dev] Speex COPYING missing authors

Hi,

I'm bundling speex with the tarball of my program. I'm currently trying 
to get it into Ubuntu, and I'm getting problems over COPYING discrepancies.

The following names are in various .c and .h files, but are not in COPYING:

Mark Borgerding (kiss_fft)
Christopher Montgomery (vorbis_psy)

Also, AUTHORS mention a few names that are not mentioned with copyright 
anywhere. Do they have one?

I might also have missed some names. Any chance COPYING could be updated?
