[Speex-dev] Regarding Fixed codebook used in Speex

Hi Everyone,

        I am new to speech processing, I am going through speex codec. I
have some question for which i am not getting answer can any one please
provide me answers.

How is the fixed code book index and gain found?
How is the long term prediction done?

please help me out in this. Advance thanks.
