[Speex-dev] libspeex_armce.lib

Can anyone speak to the state of libspeex_armce.lib?
It showed up for 1.1.6 but not in any subsequent releases.

I need to use fixed-point Speex on a Windows CE 5.0 platform, and it was
perfect for that but I'm hesitant to use something I can't rebuild. I
can build 1.2beta1 for CE with FIXED_POINT defined but I can't turn on
ARM5E_ASM since Microsoft's compiler doesn't take embedded assembly.

If anyone has an update, or instructions on how to build
libspeex_armce.lib I would be most interested to know.
