[Speex-dev] Speex stream "dumper"?

Hi,

Is there a speex stream "dumper" around - where I can feed some speex
encoded audio in and get a debug dump that decodes it - tells me about
each contained "frame", mode its encoded etc.

I have such a stream captured from inside Asterisk - can see the
varying frame sizes as the VBR code works, but am curious as to
exactly which "mode" each frame is encoded with...
