[Speex-dev] Problem compiling testenc.c on WinXP(newbie)

What's wrong is that the linker is not provided with the speex library to  
link against.

I don't use borland, so I don't know how you would fix that. maybe  
something like passing the flag -lspeex would help, see the linker's help.  
If you do that and get an error about the linker not able to open  
libspeex, then you should also specify the location of the libspeex file.

Maybe someone more familiar with borland would know.
