So when I keep away from options like --vbr --abr --vad --dtx --quality
and use a plain:
speexenc -n filename.wav filename.spx
submodeID 5 is always used.
I hope I got that right now. I would I want to use --bitrate 15000 to
pin my test scenario down to submodeID 5?
