[Speex-dev] Speex and Builder

My goal - variant 1. Maybe somebody have SDK working in Builder. Now I 
have following error: [Linker Error] 'D:\PROJECTS\SIGNAL\LIBSPEEX.LIB' 
contains invalid OMF record, type 0x21 (possibly COFF). Can I get 
library for builder from speex source?
