[Speex-dev] Are there any Speex DLLs or EXEs for Windows CE platforms?

Hi,

Are there any Speex DLLs or EXEs for Windows CE platforms?
I'm developing for the dotNET Compact Framework and I can't use .lib
files.
I have low level access to the audio devices in WinCE, but I have no way
of writing anything else but raw PCM and ZIPing it!
