[Speex-dev] Using VAD to compare audio files.

I'm tring to use the VAD (via preprocess.c) to compare two audio file
when one is a recording of the other.
I assumed that I will get an identical "array" of speech/no speech frames, 
but i didn't.

Is it possible to it ? Did I have to make any changes  in code /options ?
