[Speex-dev] What does SPEEX_SET_COMPLEXITY do?

Hi there

According to the manual SPEEX_SET_COMPLEXITY sets the allowed CPU usage for 
the encoder. I've tried changing the complexity from 1 to 10 to see if I 
were able to notice any difference in sound quality but I have not. 
Shouldn't the effect of a high complexity increase the sound quality?
