Speex decodes on a C5510 (at least, I think that's what I have) in 
floating point mode, with no modifications to the source. The patch 
makes integer mode work, which presumably is more efficient.

If I had the manual to hand, I'd tell you exactly what I have, but I 
don't. Perhaps I mentioned the specs in an earlier list post.
