[Speex-dev] Speex 1.1.10 is out -- Blackfin port

Hi,

"Release early, release often", they say. Here's 1.1.10 with a port to
the Blackfin DSP, sponsored by Analog Devices. This includes assembly
optimizations of all time-critical routines for narrowband. This can be
enabled with the --enable-blackfin-asm switch. The other change in this
release is the fact that the packet loss concealment (PLC) code has been
converted to fixed-point, which means that all parts normally used in a
narrowband VoIP applications are now entirely in fixed-point.
