[Speex-dev] delphi speex.dll

Hi all

I was looking for the possibility to use Speex in my delphi program.  I 
saw a demo made by John Villar (http://www.speex.org/projects.html), but 
the files Speex.pas and Speex.dll are missing.  I would really 
appreciate if any of you could send me these files or give me some hints 
on how to build these, according to the fact that I am not really 
familiar with C/C++.
