[Speex-dev] embedded speex

Hi,

I doubt a microcontroller is powerful enough to encode using Speex in
real-time. I think the minimum requirement for Speex encoding is an ARM
that would be clocked around 100 MHz. If your microcontroller is fast
enough, then the fixed-point port of Speex would probably work.
