[speex-dev] additional mimetypes

Hi Linus,

Sorry you couldn't make the MonthlyMeeting yesterday. We're interested 
in establishing mimetypes for a couple of other xiph-related codecs. 
The next step after application/ogg is codec-specific mimetypes, 
primarily for rtp streams. That means audio/vorbis (is that already in 
progress?) audio/speex and video/theora. The later isn't a stable 
format yet of course, but speex is definitely ready to go and should 
probably be the highest priority. Is that something you'd be willing to 
help with as you were before?
