First, if you're concerned about performance, you definitely don't want
--enable-fixed-point-debug, as it introduces several check *per*
operation.
The second thing is that the --enable-* options are only for configure.
I don't know you're compiler, but if you're passing it options directly,
you need to define FIXED_POINT and ARM_ASM, the latter being only
supported with gcc.
