[speex-dev] 1.0.3 in ACM soon

 2 weeks at least. I will be on a 1 week vacation starting this Thursday.

I have Microsoft Embedded Visual C++ 3.0 and the source code
for some parts of Windows CE, including at least one ACM sample
driver. So it will be mostly a porting effort related to the compilation
environment and IDE project files.
