[speex-dev] Speex on iPAQ?

I have a bit tested speex on ipaq (linux only), within linphone (
http://www.linphone.org ) . It appears that the arm chip is not fast
enough to have both encoder and decoder running in realtime. However I
did not try to use speex complexity parameter to see if it can be
reduced enough to run in real time.
