[speex-dev] A question about downloading

Hello
I'd like to download the Speeks software and the only file successfully
downloaded is the Win32 version. My archive manager is unable to handle
either the source code or the documentation. I've tried downloading them
once again, but I'm still unsuccessful. May I know what's happened?
