[speex-dev] question on usage of the libraries

I found the problem (I think):

I was setting
        speex_encoder_ctl(libspeex_enc_state, SPEEX_SET_BITRATE, &bitrate);
to my bandwidth (32KB -> 256Kb).

If I remove this line, the data is not compressable with zlib :o)
Tomorrow I'll try decompressing things.
