[Paranoia] Regarding Peter Jones' SG_IO patches

Hi all,

I found the patches at http://people.redhat.com/pjones/cdparanoia/.
They're working really well.

I read somewhere that these patches also would disable the cache on
cdrom readers (FUA?). Is this a fact? I couldn't find related code myself, so a
little help in clearing this up would be appreciated.
