hello

I was courios about audio CD ripping under linux and ran into cdparonia
project. I'm runing Suse9 and have currently installed a CDROM and CDRW
ATAPI devices. Both are using ide-scsi module. I can get CD track info,
but I can't rip none of my audio CDs. The light on device is lit, but
kernel log has several reports:
....

Jan 12 16:57:10 xodus kernel: hdc: ATAPI reset complete
Jan 12 16:57:10 xodus kernel: hdc: irq timeout: status=0x80 { Busy }
....

I'm using SCSI emulation.

Is there a way to remedy this?
