[paranoia] paranoia vs EAC

Presumably ExactAudioCopy produces an exact audio copy of the
digital data on the CD just like cdparanoia does, but is it
as _paranoid_ about making sure that data is accurate down to
the last bit?
I get the impression that you are using Windoze so I have to
ask which encoder you are planning on using. That might very-
well be more important.
