[paranoia] Update on SCSI errors with CDParanoia

Just so that everyone is aware, I submitted a description of the
CDParanoia SCSI errors to kernel.org.  Apparently it has made it onto
the Linux Kernel Mailing List (LKML) for discussion by the developers.
(I don't subscribe to LKML)

I/we are not the only ones seeing this error.  Another group associated
with the mailing list thought it was related to the KT266.  They were
happy to hear that we had the problem with the SIS735 chipset and
different processors.
