[paranoia] how to rip non-audio tracks on audio-cd's

They're data tracks. Under a free unix, just mount /cdrom or whatever. Of 
course, most of them have their multimedia content imprisoned in the shackles 
of some proprietary codec, but a few of them are playable without resorting 
to running them in a windows or mac box.
