Interesting.  This implies that Cactus Shield includes a TOC fudging,
something I didn't know about.  When playing as music, most cd players
/ CDROM drives ignore the TOC and just use the subchannel to bisect
to the beginning of a track.

Interestingly enough, cdrdao may be able to read the disk; it uses
Paranoia, but also has code to scan the subchannel for track
boundaries.
