[paranoia] sample offset?

Actually, upon longer consideration, it's perfectly OK for cdparanoia
to do potentially slightly 'dangerous' operations if the user, who is
assumed to be all-knowing, directs it to do so.  Nothing's more
annoying than software that wants a note from your parents
first... ;-)

I'll fix up the sample offset patch to try to get those last bytes.
