[paranoia] library documentation

Is there any documentation for the cdparanoia libraries? I want to use the
libraries directly, but I'm having trouble figuring out the right way to go
about initializing cdparanoia and then getting data from the CD. If any one
has some documentation on the library's functions....it would help out a
lot.
