[paranoia] Lite-On LTN483S end-of-track problem

Also note that some older 2.2.x linux kernels had a related bug.
They thought that the CD is 1 sector longer than it really was.
So if you tried to read the "last" sector then it failed, because
that sector didn't really exist.
It applied only to IDE/ATAPI drives AFAIK, but just in case upgrade
to 2.2.16 ( in don't know when exactly it was fixed , but 2.2.16
should be OK )
