Hello -
Let me just first say what a great little program you guys have written!
I have this problem on my Debian (based on 2.1, quite a few packages from
unstable though) system with a custom 2.2.10 kernel using version 9.7 of
cdparanoia (and under an earlier version too, I upgraded to 9.7 thinking
the problem may have been resolved). When I am ripping a CD, any network
transferring I am doing halts until cdparanoia is finished. Then, no
problem, everything is back to normal. I use a PPP connection for
networking. Also, I am ripping from a plain vanilla ATAPI CDROM. Any
ideas? I don't know how to diagnose the problem...I am only assuming it
is cdparanoia's fault (possibly something with how it is reading from the
drive suspending networking).
Thanks in advance for any help.
