[paranoia] CDDA disk id?

If you don't mind the extra program invocations, you should be able to
get cda (the command-line xmcd app) to output the CDDA id without too
much trouble.  Throwing this into a quick script that wraps around
cdparanoia is probably better than adding another feature to
cdparanoia itself.

Though I suppose if this is already in Monty's plans...
