[paranoia] To all who want an rpm of paranoia-9.7

To make life easier for all I will attach the specfile to this mail.
RedHat users can simply copy it to /usr/src/redhat/SPECS and the source as
.tar.bz2 to /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES and then run rpm -ba in the SPECS dir.
This will build both - rpm and srpm. I don't know the right locations for
other distributions but there should be a similar directory set somewhere.
