Have you tried the batch option (-B)? To tip CDs, I do the following:
cdparanoia -B 1-
That says to rip from the first track through to the end of the disc and
name the files "trackXX.cdda.wav". That might be what you are looking
for.

I believe it is CD burning software that allows you to use DAO (Disc At
Once) instead of TAO (Track At Once). But don't quote me on that,
please.
