[opus] A question about an opus MCU500 and WCU500

I have a question about an opus MCU500 and wcu500 .
one of our customers uses 4 separate zones ,
unfortunately, makes one zone a ticking sound .

This happens from the moment I turn the wcu500 on .
changing the cable on the MCU500 makes no difference.

have you any idea what this problem is.
and can you tell me how I can get the wcu500 of the wall
