[opus] Real hardware for opus

I believe the latest Rockbox release supports opus on most of its
supported players. If not, the git version certainly does support opus.
You may want to try it on one of the Sansa players. Rockbox also works
on some ipods, but not all of them. Check out the compatibility list on
rockbox.org for the latest and most supported players.

Regarding vlc, all versions now play opus, not just the IOS version. You
can now play opus on Android as well using vlc. Hope this helps.
