[opus] cmdline for best quality at 64kbps stereo?

Hi Opus Experts!

I downloaded the source code (libopus 1.0.1-RC2) from this site: http://www.opus-codec.org/downloads/older.shtml.en
After compiling I get opus_demo.exe.


Can anyone please let me know what cmdline I should use to get the best audio quality at 64 kbit/s stereo at 48 kHz?
Is there any switch so that I only run the audio codec part (CELT)?
