[CELT-dev] Test case failure

Sir,

                I Babusa Dudekula, exploring CELT,  trying to run test cases
of CELT using Microsoft Visual Studio.
I got some failures as I listed in the attachment. Coming to Code there is
no path of code to detect adaptive codebook gains.
Please reply me.
